| Airports: All incoming flights are
monitored based on the airline, flight number, and the city
specified by the customer at the time of booking. Passengers
will be met at the curb. Company or the driver will make contact
once flight is landed. If for any reason your driver cannot be
located, you must call the office at (888)213–5466 and you will
be connected. Damages: All damages done to the
interior or components of the vehicle during the course of the
reservation are the sole responsibility of the customer. A
labor/cleaning fee will be charged in regards to inappropriate
amounts of mess and disruption. A materials fee will be charged
if any items need to be replaced or reupholstered.
Charges: All one-way reservations are charged
to the customer credit card on file at time of booking. This
charge includes gratuity and fuel surcharge. For all hourly
reservations, a deposit for the number of hours specified is charged at the time of booking.
Charges for hourly reservations are computed from the time the
vehicle leaves the garage until return. Any extra stops, special
requests, or other changes that occur during the course of the
reservation will be charged after completion of the reservation.
Waiting Time: We allow 15 minutes free wait
time for home or office pick-ups and 30 minutes for Airport pick
ups. We check flights one hour before the scheduled arrival
time. See chart below for additional charges for waiting time
and home/office or airport pick-ups.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse
service to any customer.
